Fitch Upgrades Serbia to ‘BB-‘, Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings has upgraded Serbia's Long-Term Foreign and Local Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) to 'BB-' from 'B+'. The Outlooks are Stable.
